CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations on the day will result in a 25% cancellation fee plus credit card surcharges and booking fees.  If you do not show up on the day a 100% cancellation fee will apply.  Bookings cancelled voluntarily in advance are refunded in full less credit card surcharges and booking fees.  If your booking is cancelled due to weather/sea conditions that do not allow us to operate, an opportunity to rebook or a full refund will be offered.
